the long battle we've dealt with came to an end and JC did a plea agreement. we've since had a break in his case and found he was innocent of the charges, which we knew but now the public knows as well. however due to the nature of his plea agreement we cannot get his conviction overturned. we're working on finding out how to get around this and get his conviction overturned but that's basically what's going on. right now, if we are unsuccessful, he is sentenced to 1-5 years in prison. so that's where we are right now. he ended up chosing to do this plea because if he went to trial and lost he'd be facing 15-35 instead of 1-5 so he bit the
